Shipping policy

We ship products directly from our office in Australia and/or from our global distributors to the selected countries depending on the location of the product.

Deliveries are trackable for the products shipped from our Australian office, but depending on the logistics providers which are partnered with our global distributors, tracking may not be available. Customers can reach us at dyzglobal@gmail.com for any enquiry relating to delivery.

Please note the delivery estimates are provided by our logistics partners for delivery to most metro destinations. Rural/remote locations may require longer delivery timeframes, and we are not able to guarantee arrival dates for international deliveries. During peak trading periods, our team or logistics partners may experience delays in processing and delivering your order, which may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

We are not liable for any international customs, taxes and duties that may be levied for international orders. Please contact your local Customs office for information on potential charges and regulations before placing your order.
